RFM Customer Service

Resources For Manufacturing, Inc. (RFM) offers full service capabilities for all brands of Coordinate Measuring Machines, Vision Systems and Optical Comparators.

Installation

We not only provide installation services for our own machines, but also provide de-installation and re-install services for existing machines.

Calibration

RFM is ISO 9001-2000 compliant and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. Our service engineers have been factory trained and authorized to provide the same level of expertise in calibrating your equipment to original factory specifications.

Repair

RFM and its associates can repair any brand of machine. We maintain a stock of commonly used spare parts, and we are a Master Distributor for Renishaw.

Training

Our Applications Engineers provide structured and customized training classes on the proper use of the equipment and software programming. Training classes can be held either at your facility or at our Dayton Ohio office.

Part Inspection

RFM can inspect your parts using our own inspection equipment at our facility, or we can provide experienced inspectors to work at your location using your machines.

Pre-Owned Machines

We carry an inventory of demonstration and pre-owned Coordinate Measuring Machines, Vision Systems and Optical Comparators that are available for sale at reduced prices.
